By combining their technologies, the partnership aims to make customer service smoother and more efficient. For example, when a customer service rep is busy with a Giosg chat, Cuuma’s phone system can redirect calls, and all customer interactions are stored in one place, making it easier for reps to provide quick, personalized service.
