I podcasten som benämns ‘Digital Customer Experience Podcast’ går man djupt in på samtalsämnen i den föränderliga världen av digitala kundupplevelser inom nyckelbranscher och en mångsidig uppsättning av gäster. Från styrelsemedlemmar till marknadschefer, verkställande direktörer till hängivna kundupplevelseproffs inom telekom, bil- och läkemedelsbranschen.

I dagens avsnitt som släpps är det giosgs content- och marknadschef Daniel Paul som intervjuar [**Elin Melin Lundström**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/elin-melin-lundstrom/), Telias E-handelschef. Elin har blivit utnämnd som en av framtidens kvinnliga ledare år 2022 & 2023 av [ledarna.se](http://www.ledarna.se). Med sin gedigna erfarenhet från arbete i New York, USA, som sedan fortsatte inom telekombranschen där hon arbetat i snart tio år på senast Telenor och nu Telia, har Elin varit involverad i en rad olika områden som digitalisering, E-handel, försäljning samt att bygga team.
