# Almega och giosg bygger AI-chatbot för förbättrad medlemsservice

För att förstärka Almegas erbjudande har man inlett ett samarbete med SaaS-bolaget Giosg. Tillsammans ska man utveckla en AI-driven chatbot och en livechat för att ge snabbare och bättre service för Almegas medlemsföretag.*

Almega är Sveriges ledande arbetsgivarorganisation för tjänstesektorn och  stöttar sina över 11.000 medlemsföretag i allt som rör arbetslivet. Det kan handla om rådgivning, förhandla kollektivavtal samt stöd vid tvister ända upp i domstol. För att kunna ge ännu bättre service och ökad tillgänglighet till sina medlemsföretag har man beslutat att lansera en livechat och utveckla en AI-chatbot som ska hantera en del av inkommande frågor. 

“Genom att bygga en AI-chatbot kan Almega erbjuda ännu bättre service 24 timmar om dygnet för sina medlemsföretag. Man frigör också tid för Almegas medarbetare att fokusera ännu mer på högkvalitativ rådgivning som en chatbot inte klarar av” säger John Goliats, Country Director på giosg.

Projektet inleds under våren för att sedan fullskaligt lanseras efter sommaren.

“Giosg blev det självklara valet för oss på Almega då giosg är en stark aktör på marknaden med goda referenser och som dessutom har en bred produkt som kan hjälpa oss att förstärka relationen till våra medlemmar på flera områden” säger Ferhan Koc, chef för verksamhetsstöd på Almega.

Samtidigt som projektet lanseras har giosg valt att skriva kollektivavtal med Almega.

“Många unga techbolag har inte kollektivavtal och det känns väldigt bra att erbjuda giosgs anställda tryggheten som ett kollektivavtal innebär” avslutar John Goliats.
