**27 januari****, 2023. Giosg, ****det ledande tech- och mjukvaruföretaget som kombinerar livechatt, bottar, video, konverserande AI och interaktivt webbplatsinnehåll ****kan idag meddela att de inlett ett samarbete med Ehandel, den marknadsledande sajten för e-handlare i Norden. **

Ehandel är Nordens största mötesplats för alla som arbetar med e-handel och är en av Giosgs partners på den svenska marknaden. Företaget ämnar för e-handlares framgång och bidrar på flera sätt genom upplysande artiklar med stort nyhetsvärde. På Ehandels partnersida; [Ehandel Deals](https://ehandeldeals.se/) erbjuds de bästa avtalen för en bra affär åt både leverantörer och e-handlare. Nu har Ehandel Deals lanserat Giosgs chatt som kommer leverera en bättre och snabbare kundservice.

Den nyimplementerade interaktionen innehåller en s.k first-line-support-bot som erbjuder besökarna tillgång till hjälp 24 timmar om dygnet. Den svarar på frågor, ger tips och råd om fraktavtal, hjälp kring medlemskonto samt mer information om Ehandel Deals. Med den bemannade livechatten kan Ehandel ge besökarna ytterligare support om boten inte ger besökarna den hjälp de behöver. Kombinationen av automatiserad bot och livechatt ger en unik besöksupplevelse samtidigt som Ehandel kan spara tid och resurser.
