Is it possible to set up live chat to be available only during certain hours of the day?

Yes, it is possible to adjust the availability of the chat feature so that it is only available during certain hours of the day.

If you are using Giosg Live platform you can do this easily by making changes to the weekly schedule settings. This means that, for example, if you have 8 am to 8 pm service hours from Monday to Friday and reduced service hours during weekends you can set the chat to be available only between those hours chat agents are available for a chat.

Outside service hours you can either hide the chat feature completely or use different kind of ‘offline functions’ like forms for collecting visitor’s contact information.
